Connect Magento
You create an integration in Magento and paste the access token into Schakel. Schakel tests the connection right away, then pulls your orders, invoices and credit memos, without sitting in your checkout.

Grant access to Exact Online
You authorise Schakel through Exact Online and pick the administration the invoices should land in. Your password is never asked for or stored.

Set journals, cost centres and codes
You set the sales journal, cost centre, ledger accounts and VAT codes per store view, so it matches how you book in Exact today.

Check and let it run
You see the first bookings in an overview before they are final. Once it looks right, new orders and credit memos flow in by themselves and everything shows up in the log.
