You create API access in your CCV Shop admin and paste it into Schakel. Schakel tests the connection right away, then pulls your orders, without changing anything about your webshop.

You authorise Schakel through Exact Online and pick the administration the invoices should land in. Your password is never asked for or stored.

Set journals and codes
You set the sales journal, the ledger accounts per product type, the cost centres and the VAT codes, so it matches how you book in Exact today.

Check and let it run
You see the first bookings in an overview before they are final. Once it looks right, new orders and refunds flow in by themselves and everything shows up in the log.
